Cindy is the best bounce instructor! She makes the class so fun and interesting. She works really hard on the choreographies and puts her heart and soul into them. Of course I might be a bit biased on my review though because she’s my mom, but regardless, I still say she’s the best bouncing instructor!

Great instructor! Cindy is a wonderful instructor. She is very knowledgeable and very encouraging. She gives frequent reminders of things that I would not remember otherwise during class. Like bounce on the middle part of your boot, body mechanics (chin up, core engaged, knees soft, etc.), Reminders it is a rebound class… This one I don’t think I would have ever accomplished without the reminders because I would just step in my boots. Cindy is always willing to re-teach movements, answer any questions you have, even repeat ones. The reminders to smile, her positive spirit and enthusiasm goes a long way! Always encouraging, which has helped me do things I never thought I could do or even try to do! I appreciate all she does for me and look forward to her classes! Can’t imagine having a different teacher!
Best Bounce instructor! Cindy makes exercising fun. I have been bouncing with Cindy for several months now and I have to say, this is the best cardio class I have ever had. It is so much fun that you don’t even feel like you are working. I love her energy, her ability to make everyone feel like they are a part of the ‘tribe’ and her dedication. I have been doing bounce with Cindy for a little over a year. I absolutely love it and her class is my favorite class that I take at my local YMCA. Cindy pours her heart into her classes and offers a variety of routines from dance routines, Tabata, and spicy Tabata. Since taking her classes, I feel like my energy level has increased. I look forward to her reminder text for class Lol. She is truly a great instructor and is an awesome person ❤️

Cindy is an incredible human being! She cares a great deal for the people in her classes. She is always aware of each student and their level of jumping ability, before and during class. During class, Cindy is really good at calling out the moves ahead of time so we know what is coming next. The music and choreography she puts together is spot on, challenging yet a lot of fun. Cindy is a terrific instructor and an inspiration to so many people. She attends jump, workshops, trainings, and certifications regularly so she has new and fresh outlook/ideas in her fitness endeavors. Highly recommended!
