SPICEY TABATA is on the schedule for this pop up class! You are welcome to participate in your tennis shoes but rebound boots are more fun!

Tabata is an interval workout alternating high-intensity phases lasting 20 seconds with recovery phases of 10 seconds.

Bring water, a towel and a yoga mat (optional)!  The Y has yoga mats available.
